Refund Policy

At Fox & Bound, I take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products for my customers. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Below is my refund policy:

Personalized Products

Due to the customized nature of my products, refunds and returns are only available in the following cases:

• Damage or Defect: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will request photos of the damage/defect to assist with the review process and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
• Errors in Personalization: If I made a mistake in the customization (e.g., incorrect spelling, design not as approved), I will correct the error at no additional cost.

Please note: Refunds or replacements are not available for errors in the provided personalization details. Be sure to double-check your order before submission.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized items, I accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Process for Refunds or Replacements

1. Contact Me: Email me at jackie@foxandbound.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Review: I will review your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution.
3. Refund/Replacement: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.

Exclusions

• Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color. These are inherent to the material and not considered defects.
• Custom orders where designs were approved prior to production.
• Errors in personalization details provided by the customer.
